The school would like to inform faculties about the Semester at Sea Program for the fall semester of 2025, as follows:
1. Target audience
- Full-time students in the second year or above, aged 18-23;
- Have good academic performance and actively participate in extracurricular activities;
- Be a Vietnamese citizen, have a valid passport and be able to apply for any necessary visa to participate in the program;
- Have a broad understanding of the culture, politics, and society of Vietnam and other countries in the world;
- Have good communication and presentation skills in English about Vietnamese culture and tourism;
- Have an open mind, be dynamic, be able to work independently and be ready to connect with international friends;
- Meet the mandatory background check requirements from Semester at Sea.
2. Application documents
- Application form (according to the form);
- English certificate;
- Application letter/Cover letter (in English);
- Study plan (in English);
- CV (in English);
- 01 copy of passport;
- University transcripts of all semesters (in English);
- Proof of participation in extracurricular activities.
