[Recap] Introductory Course in Relaxation Therapy

Recently, the Faculty of Psychology, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU-HCM successfully organized the Introductory Course on Relaxation Therapy, lasting from March 10 to March 14 for psychologists and caregivers of patients with neurological, psychological and physical problems.

The course introduced students to relaxation therapy, how to use the therapy, and plans for using it in the psychologist's practice.

The Organizing Committee would like to sincerely thank the contributions of psychomotor therapist, relaxation therapy expert Francoise Selmi and the students' interest in the course. The Organizing Committee is confident that the students have gained useful knowledge and perspectives on relaxation therapy.
