[Recap] Talkshow Career Management in the VUCA Era

On May 9, 2025, the Faculty of Psychology, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU-HCM successfully organized the Career Management Seminar in a Changing World. The speakers shared the importance of career management, including strategic career thinking, understanding the labor market and talent recruitment trends in multinational companies, and personal values ​​and capabilities.

The seminar provided practical knowledge about career orientation and development, arousing a proactive spirit, confidence and sense of responsibility in building a sustainable career path. At the same time, this is also an opportunity for students to interact, learn and connect directly with experts, alumni and employers, thereby broadening their perspectives and understanding more deeply about the realities and trends of the labor market.
