On January 14, 2026, the Faculty of Psychology solemnly held the opening ceremony for the Second Degree Program in Psychology, welcoming 117 students admitted in the 2025 enrollment (second intake) at the Linh Xuan Campus, Thu Duc. The opening ceremony was attended by the Faculty's leadership, including: Dr. Le Thi Mai Lien – Head of the Faculty of Psychology; Dr. Nhan Thi Lac An – Deputy Head of the Faculty in charge of training; and Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Hue – Academic Affairs Officer for the Second Degree Program. During the program, the Faculty leadership introduced an overview of the 2025 Second Degree Program, disseminated training regulations, important notes during the learning process, provided guidance on handling issues arising during the course, and also held elections for class representatives to strengthen the academic and social structure of the cohort.
“Learn, learn more, learn forever” – V.I. Lenin's classic manifesto affirms the value of lifelong learning. This spirit is clearly demonstrated by the students of the Psychology Second Degree Program. These students are individuals juggling multiple roles in life, balancing work, family, and daily responsibilities. Time is limited, and pressure is considerable, but with perseverance, a strong will to learn, and a desire to expand their knowledge, they have chosen to return to the classroom and pursue the Psychology Second Degree program. This decision not only reflects a progressive spirit but also a serious commitment to sustainable personal and professional development.
The opening ceremony took place in a joyful, open, and warm atmosphere, marking the beginning of a new learning journey filled with expectations and opportunities for growth. The Organizing Committee would like to express its sincere gratitude to all lecturers, trainees, students, and individuals and organizations who attended, supported, and contributed to making this opening ceremony meaningful and successful.
