Call for applications for the Canadian government’s Scholarships and Educational Exchanges for Development (“SEED”)
To support our students' access to an international educational environment and cultural exchange, the Faculty of Psychology - University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU-HCM (USSH VNU-HCM) announces the selection of candidates for the SEED (Canada-ASEAN Scholarships and Educational Exchanges for Development) program for the 2026-2027 academic year at Saint Mary's University (Canada).
1. General Introduction
The SEED scholarship is funded by the Canadian Government to provide opportunities for students from ASEAN countries to study and conduct research at Canadian universities/colleges. In this round, the Faculty of Psychology will select and nominate the most outstanding candidates to participate in the exchange program at Saint Mary's University in the 2026-2027 academic year. 3. Scholarship Value and Exchange Duration
The Canadian government will fund the costs for successful applicants depending on the level of study and the duration of the exchange program. Details are as follows:

(Note: This grant covers visa fees, airfare, health insurance, living expenses, and study materials. Tuition fees at Saint Mary's University are waived.)
3. Eligibility
Undergraduate and Master's students currently enrolled in the Psychology Department, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU-HCM. Language requirements: IELTS score of 6.5 or higher (no skill below 6.0)
4. Application Deadline and Method
Deadline: March 10th.
