VNU350 Program 2026: USSH Recruits 22 Top Scientists and Experts

To attract and develop a high-quality scientific workforce for teaching and research, Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City has announced a recruitment call for outstanding young scientists and leading experts to work within its system under the VNU350 Program – 2026. Accordingly, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City plans to recruit 22 lecturers across various fields in the social sciences and humanities. The initiative aims to strengthen and expand its academic and research staff to meet the University’s development needs in the new phase.

1. General requirements and criteria
Applicants for the VNU350 Program – 2026 must meet the general requirements set by Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City, including strong political and ethical qualities, as well as sufficient health to undertake teaching and research duties.
Candidates are required to possess qualifications relevant to the applied position; demonstrate research capability and the ability to publish scientific work domestically and internationally; and be capable of participating in curriculum development, teaching, supervising master’s and doctoral students, and engaging in academic collaboration both domestically and internationally as required by the recruiting unit.
2. Specific requirements and criteria
Depending on each position, candidates must meet corresponding professional standards as outlined in the official recruitment announcement of Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City. Most positions require a doctoral degree in a relevant field, while some positions require the academic title of Associate Professor in the respective discipline.
