✨ Recently, to equip students with necessary knowledge for the upcoming internship, the Department of International Relations organized two internship training sessions for students of the QH21-23 cohort with the themes: Building personal capacity profiles, Preparing for internship applications and Skills to conquer recruiters, as well as Career orientation and preparation for the internship period.
💌 Coming to the program, the Department of International Relations was honored to welcome Ms. Phan Thi Tu Trinh - MC, Editor, Master, and Lecturer in the fields of Business Administration and Cultural Management, along with Mr. Huynh Ho Dai Nghia - Lecturer at the Faculty of History and International Relations. With practical experience in their careers, the two speakers brought students many practical perspectives on career orientation, personal branding, as well as important skills to adapt and develop in the working environment.
💫 The training session took place in an atmosphere of open and lively exchange between students and speakers. Through the sharing of Ms. Tu Trinh and Mr. Dai Nghia, students had the opportunity to better understand the labor market landscape, the fields and job positions suitable for International Relations students, how to identify their own capabilities, how to build internship application profiles, and practice the soft skills necessary to make an impression on recruiters.
💬 Sharing about the program, Trieu Chi Phong - Class Monitor of the QH21-23 standard program class, expressed: "The training session was an opportunity for us to exchange directly with speakers who have extensive experience in researching and working in the field of International Relations as well as many other fields. Through this, we have a better understanding of the career opportunities that an IR student can pursue, while knowing how to identify the areas we want to experience during the internship and prepare the necessary skills for that job."
📍From that sharing of Chi Phong, the Organizing Committee hopes that through the program, students have accumulated useful knowledge and skills to proactively search for and choose internship opportunities that match their abilities and orientation, thereby confidently entering the upcoming internship period.
