The center highlighted its commitment to expanding international cooperation, with Vietnam identified as a potential strategic partner in the region.

During the discussion, both sides proposed specific areas of cooperation, including organizing bilateral academic seminars, publishing research in international journals, expert and student exchange programs, and joint research on areas of mutual interest.

At the end of the meeting, both sides agreed to expedite the development of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and initiate a series of joint academic activities in 2025. This event was considered a significant milestone in the internationalization of scientific research and the promotion of publishing cooperation at ISSH, contributing to the strengthening of academic ties between Vietnam and the increasingly multidimensional Asia-Europe research network.
