The 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Faculty of Vietnamese Studies, Term 2024 – 2027
On March 23, 2024, at the General Hall, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City (Thu Duc campus) successfully held the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Faculty of Vietnamese Studies, Term 2024 – 2027. The Congress was honored to welcome the following guest delegates:

Along with the participation of comrades from partner units and former staff members who have accompanied and supported the Faculty of Vietnamese Studies Youth Union.
During the single working session of the Congress, delegates worked seriously and transparently to provide positive contributions to the Draft documents and the Youth Union Charter, while also expressing high confidence in the Executive Committee of the Faculty of Vietnamese Studies Youth Union for the 2024 – 2027 term.
After a period of serious work, the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Faculty of Vietnamese Studies Youth Union, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City for the 2024 – 2027 term, consisting of 09 comrades:
1. Comrade Tran Ngoc Quynh - Secretary of the Faculty Youth Union
2. Comrade Pham Hoang Nam - Deputy Secretary of the Faculty Youth Union
3. Comrade Le Uyen Quynh - Member of the Faculty Youth Union Standing Committee
4. Comrade Nguyen Quoc Chieu Anh - Member of the Executive Committee
5. Comrade Tran Thi My Duyen - Member of the Executive Committee
6. Comrade Nguyen Minh Man - Member of the Executive Committee
7. Comrade Danh Thi Truc Ngan - Member of the Executive Committee
8. Comrade Trinh Thi Trang Thanh - Member of the Executive Committee
9. Comrade Nguyen Thi Nhu Y - Member of the Executive Committee
Simultaneously, the Congress also entrusted the election of the Delegation to attend the 12th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City, for the 2024 – 2027 term, including 06 comrades:

Furthermore, the Congress also expressed deep gratitude for the companionship and positive contributions of the outgoing comrades during the 2022 – 2024 term:

Concluding the session, the Executive Committee for the 2022 – 2024 term declared the end of their mission. The Congress presented tokens of appreciation to the University Youth Union Standing Committee and the Faculty Board. Additionally, the University Youth Union Standing Committee awarded certificates of merit to comrades who made excellent contributions to the Youth Union work and youth movements during the 2022 – 2024 term, and the Faculty Board also awarded commendation letters to the collective Faculty of Vietnamese Studies Youth Union for their active contributions in creating activities and programs for union members and youth at the Faculty.
The 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Faculty of Vietnamese Studies, Term 2024 – 2027, took place successfully, with expectations for a new term filled with breakthrough achievements, worthy of being a unit that is always at the forefront of the Youth Union work and youth movements of the University with the action slogan:
“YOUTH UNION MEMBERS AND YOUTH OF THE FACULTY OF VIETNAMESE STUDIES
SOLIDARITY – PIONEERING – CREATIVITY – INTEGRATION”
It is hoped that, along with the action slogan as well as the directions set forth at the Congress, the Executive Committee of the Faculty of Vietnamese Studies Youth Union for the 2024 – 2027 term will strive to complete the set tasks while fostering the bonds and trust between the Faculty Youth Union Executive Committee and union members and youth.
