Dr. Pham Thi Bich Ngoc has been appointed as Director of the Research Center for Marine Studies and Climate Change

According to Decision No. 803/QĐ-XHNV-TCCB of USSH, VNU-HCM, Dr. Pham Thi Bich Ngoc – the Director of the International Publication Support and Project Development Center (External Relations and Scientific Management Office) has been officially appointed as the Director of the Research Center for Marine Studies and Climate Change. The decision is effective from July 1, 2024.
