Announcement of student exchange program with National Chengchi University, Taiwan, fall semester 2025
The school would like to inform the faculties about the student exchange program with National Chengchi University, Taiwan, fall semester 2025, as follows:
1. Participation conditions
- Full-time students from the second year onwards, priority given to students with excellent academic performance or higher;
- Students with a TOCFL Superior or HSK 4 certificate or higher for Chinese-taught programs, with a TOEFL iBT 80, IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 700, CEFR B2 certificate or equivalent certificate or higher for English-taught programs.
2. Time (expected)
- 01 semester (fall term): September 2025 to December 2025;
- 02 semesters (01 academic year): September 2025 to June 2026;
- Students can choose to participate in 01 semester or 02 semesters.
3. Cost
Students are exempted from tuition fees when participating in the program and must pay other expenses themselves.
4. Number
Each faculty can nominate up to 01 student.
5. Major
Commerce, communication, education, international relations, law, social sciences...
6. Application documents
- Online application form signed by the student (supplemented after being nominated by the School);
- Student certificate (in English);
- Transcript (in English);
- Copy of main page of valid passport;
- Study plan in Chinese or English (within two A4 pages, focusing on the candidate's motivation for participating in the exchange program along with learning or experience goals during the program);
- Passport-sized photo;
- Information sheet/Declaration form (signed by the student);
- Foreign language certificate as required.
7. Application form
- The Faculty sends the nomination letter (hard copy) to the Department of Foreign Affairs and Scientific Management (Room B.005) before 14:00, March 28, 2025 (Friday);
- The Faculty sends the student profile (hard copy and soft copy) to the Department of Foreign Affairs and Scientific Management (Room B.005) and email: era@hcmussh.edu.vn before April 10, 2025 (Thursday).
