Announcement of New Southbound Policy Elite Study Program at National Kinmen University, Taiwan (China)

The School would like to inform the faculties of the New Southbound Policy Elite Study Program at National Kinmen University, Taiwan (China) as follows:

1. General information The program is sponsored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Taiwan (China) with the main content being courses on Chinese language, cross-strait relations, international relations and cultural exchange activities. Students nominated by the School will participate in the application review round and direct interview with the Organizing Committee. 2. Time and location From September 2025 to January 2026 at National Kinmen University.

3. Expenses - The Organizing Committee subsidizes the cost of 7,000 NTD/month, round-trip airfare up to 25,000 NTD, dormitory and health insurance; - Participants are responsible for their own food, personal expenses, flight change fees, excess baggage fees and other expenses.

4. Admission requirements - Full-time students studying at the School, Vietnamese nationality; - Good English skills; - Good academic performance or above; - Actively participate in extracurricular activities.

5. Application documents - Application form, CV and study plan (according to the form); - Student confirmation in English; - Transcripts of all semesters in English; - Letter of recommendation from the Faculty; - Proof of foreign language proficiency; - Proof of extracurricular activities (if any). For detailed information on the program, students can refer to the attached file and Notice No. 722/TB-XHNV-ĐN&QLKH attached. The nomination letter and application documents (including hard and soft copies) are requested to be sent to the Department of Foreign Affairs and Scientific Management (Room B.005) and email: era@hcmussh.edu.vn before 16:00, June 30, 2025 (Monday).
