The school would like to inform faculties about the registration of performances to participate in the Vietnam - US Friendship Festival as follows:
1. General information
- The US Consulate General will coordinate with the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to co-organize the Vietnam - US Friendship Festival to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the United States;
- Event activities include: information booths, culinary booths of the two countries and exchange activities.
2. Time
September 6, 2025 (Saturday).
3. Location
In the center of Ho Chi Minh City (will be announced later).
4. Topics
Vietnamese culture, Vietnam - US diplomacy, English performances... showing the unique culture of Vietnam or the cultural exchange between Vietnam and the US.
5. Target
Full-time students studying at the School.
6. Benefits
Students will receive a certificate after participating in the program.
7. Number of students
Unlimited, depending on the performance.
8. Deadline and registration form
- Deadline: before August 11, 2025 (Monday);

+ At the same time, faculties are requested to send a letter nominating the performing team and documents including: list of students, name and contact of the person in charge, name of the performance, type of performance, duration, number of participants, description of the performance and technical requirements such as number of microphones, props, etc. to the Department of External Relations and Scientific Management (Room B.005) and via email address: era@hcmussh.edu.vn before 5:00 p.m., August 11, 2025 (Monday).
