Enrollment instructions for successful candidates for the 2025 undergraduate intake

Congratulations to the candidates who have been admitted and become new students of the Faculty of Vietnamese Studies, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City.

To complete the enrollment procedures, please read the following information carefully and prepare the full documentation.

Enrollment time and location

• International Standard Program: August 26, 2025, at the Saigon Campus (10–12 Dinh Tien Hoang, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City).

• Standard Program: from August 27 to 29, 2025, at the Linh Xuan Campus (Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City).

• International Joint Program: August 29, 2025, at the Saigon Campus (10–12 Dinh Tien Hoang, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City).

Candidates who are unable to submit their documents during the above time can visit the Student Affairs Office:

• International Standard: Room B003 – Saigon Campus.

• Standard: Room P2-01, Executive Building – Linh Xuan Campus.

Note: After September 23, 2025, if the candidate has not completed the enrollment procedure, the University will remove their name from the list of successful candidates.

Enrollment procedure (06 steps)

1. Look up admission results and receive student information (Student ID, email, LMS) at https://tuyensinhdh.hcmussh.edu.vn.

2. Confirm admission on the Ministry of Education and Training system before 17:00 on August 30, 2025 at https://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn.

3. Complete the online personal profile at https://hcmussh.edu.vn or via the USSH-VNUHCM app.

4. Pay tuition fees via the USSH-VNUHCM app or bank transfer.

5. Prepare enrollment documents, including a health check certificate in accordance with Circular 32/2023/TT-BYT, and update the results at https://ksk.hcmussh.edu.vn.

6. Submit enrollment documents in person at the University according to the published schedule.
