Strengthening research cooperation between the Institute of Social Sciences and Humanities Research and UCMHP Academy (Singapore)

On September 10, the Institute of Social Sciences and Humanities Research (Viet Nam National University, Ho Chi Minh City) held a working session with representatives of UCMHP Academy (Singapore). The meeting took place in a cordial yet insightful atmosphere, opening up various strategic directions for collaboration in interdisciplinary research and training.

Attending the session on behalf of the Institute were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phan Thị Hồng Xuân – Director of the Institute – along with the research staff. From UCMHP Academy, Dr. Bernard Yeo, founder of the 9UCA® profiling system, participated in the meeting.

During the discussions, both sides agreed to promote cooperation in social sciences and humanities research, high-quality human resource training, and the application of advanced technologies in data analysis, particularly personality profiling methods based on mathematics and data science.

The representative from UCMHP Academy shared research experience involving algorithms and profiling systems grounded in Pythagorean personality development theory, integrated with seven internationally recognized profiling systems, offering deeper insights into human psychology. According to Dr. Bernard, mathematics and numbers govern life not only at the micro and cellular levels but also at the macro level, encompassing various aspects of social life. His 9UCA® system, validated through over 105,000 hours of research, is capable of personality profiling with an accuracy rate exceeding 90%. The system is designed to assist parents and schools in providing career guidance for children and students, saving time while identifying and nurturing talents.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phan Thị Hồng Xuân affirmed that the Institute of Social Sciences and Humanities Research looks forward to strengthening research collaboration with UCMHP Academy, as well as coordinating in training programs, workshops, and scientific events with practical relevance.

This meeting laid the foundation for a multidimensional cooperation program between the Institute of Social Sciences and Humanities Research and UCMHP Academy. Both sides committed to close coordination in research, training, and the organization of academic–practical activities, contributing to the sustainable development of society in a harmonious connection between people, culture, and technology.
