Announcement of student exchange program with National Chengchi University (NCCU), Taiwan (China) spring semester 2026

Dear Faculties,

The school would like to inform faculties about the student exchange program with National Chengchi University (NCCU), Taiwan (China) for the spring semester of 2026 as follows:
1. Eligibility
- Full-time students from the second year onwards;
- Students with good academic performance and an average score of 2.75 or higher on a 4.0 scale;
- Students with a TOCFL Superior or HSK 4 certificate or higher for Chinese-taught programs, a TOEFL iBT 80, IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 700, CEFR B2 or equivalent certificate or higher for English-taught programs.

2. Time (expected)
- 01 semester (spring semester): February 2026 - June 2026;
- 01 academic year: February 2026 - December 2027;
- Students can choose to participate in 01 semester or 01 academic year.
3. Cost
Students are exempted from tuition fees when participating in the program and must pay for other expenses themselves.
4. Quantity
Each faculty nominates a maximum of 01 student.

5. Major
Media, education, international relations, law, social sciences...
6. Application documents
- Online application form (with student's signature). Note: students only fill out the application form after being nominated by the School;
- Student certificate (in English);
- Transcript of all semesters (in English);
- Copy of main passport page;
- Study plan in Chinese or English (within two A4 pages);
- Passport photo (passport size);
- Declaration Form with student's signature (according to the form);
- Foreign language certificate.

The school requests that faculties widely inform the Program so that students can know and register to participate. Nomination letter and application documents (hard and soft copies), faculties please send to the Department of Foreign Affairs and Scientific Management (Room B.005) and email address: era@hcmussh.edu.vn before 11:00 on September 29, 2025 (Monday).
