On the morning of October 14, 2025, at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City (Linh Xuan campus), the Information Center, Library and Museum (the Center) hosted and worked with Mr. Tri Nguyen - Representative of IGroup Vietnam and Ms. Mutiara Choiriyah - Representative of SAGE Publishing, in charge of the Vietnam, Indonesia, and Philippines markets.
(SAGE Publishing, established in 1965, is one of the world's leading reputable independent academic publishers, specializing in providing books, journals, and digital resources for teaching, learning, and research.)
Attending on behalf of the Center were Dr. Bui Thu Hang - Director of the Center, Mr. Vu Nguyen Anh - Deputy Director of the Center, along with members of the Professional Department.
During the meeting, Ms. Mutiara Choiriyah gave a detailed introduction about the academic database resources that SAGE Publishing is providing, as well as the free trial policies currently being implemented in Vietnam.

Dr. Bui Thu Hang expressed her pleasure in welcoming and working with representatives from IGroup Vietnam and SAGE Publishing, and extended her gratitude to the partners for providing an opportunity for the University's lecturers and students to access valuable academic resources.

After the exchange, the delegation was introduced by the Center to the Traditional Room and the Museum area of the Center – a place displaying many artifacts and images that hold the historical marks of the University and the cultural characteristics of the Vietnamese people.

The meeting contributed to further strengthening the cooperative relationship between the two sides, while opening up new opportunities for the University's students and lecturers to use an additional reliable database source from a reputable international publisher.
