Pursuant to Plan No. 03-KH/ĐU-CTSV-TV, dated November 17, 2025, regarding the organization of the 2025 thematic activity program “Studying and Following Ho Chi Minh’s Ideology, Ethics, and Lifestyle” with the theme “The Journey of Knowledge Creation Toward a Sustainable University” issued by the Party Cell of the Office of Student Affairs – Library;

Pursuant to Plan No. 1055/KH-XHNV-ĐN&QLKH, dated November 20, 2025, regarding the organization of the 2025 thematic activity program “Studying and Following Ho Chi Minh’s Ideology, Ethics, and Lifestyle” with the theme “The Journey of Knowledge Creation Toward a Sustainable University” issued by the University;
