According to the announcement from the Dinh Thien Ly Community Support Fund regarding the selection of students from the University with difficult circumstances who strive to excel in their studies and training to receive the Dinh Thien Ly Scholarship in 2025, the University announces the implementation of the scholarship program as follows: - Number of scholarships: 4. - Scholarship value: 100% tuition fee scholarship (calculated based on the number of credits) according to the University's official training program. - Eligibility requirements: + Fourth-year students in the 2025-2026 academic year, full-time program; academic results in the 2024-2025 academic year of 8.0 or higher; training results of 80 or higher; + Actively participating in social work and community support activities; + Difficult economic circumstances; + Not having received any other scholarships in the 2025-2026 academic year; Students graduating in 2025, from the 2021 intake, are not eligible for this scholarship. - Application documents: + 01 Online scholarship application form (see instructions here); + 01 Personal essay (clearly outlining motivation for studying, economic circumstances, career aspirations, and commitment to contributing to the community); + 01 Transcript for the 2024-2025 academic year (certified by the University); + 01 Letter of recommendation from a faculty member (clearly stating the courses taught/research supervised, teaching/research time, student's academic results, and an overall assessment of the student's potential for development); + 01 Certificate of poverty/near-poverty/difficult circumstances (certified); + Certificate/award for community activities and social service; + Short introductory video (under 5 minutes); + Interview (specific details will be announced when students are selected). Students submit applications to their respective faculties. Each faculty will nominate one (1) student who meets the eligibility criteria and send a nomination letter along with the student's scholarship application to the Student Affairs Office before 11:30 AM on August 8, 2025.
