Based on Official Letter No. 31/ĐHQG-CTSV dated January 9, 2026, from the Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City regarding the selection of students for the Hessen Scholarship, Federal Republic of Germany, for the 2025-2026 academic year, the University announces the implementation of the scholarship program as follows: - Number and value of scholarships: 216 Euro/scholarship (8 scholarships for the entire Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City). - Eligibility requirements: + Academic results in the second semester of the 2024-2025 academic year must be 7.5 points or higher; + Difficult family circumstances, children of war invalids, martyrs, ethnic minorities, or other difficult circumstances; + Participation in social activities (priority criteria) such as: blood donation, youth volunteer support for flood victims, natural disasters, transportation, or other forms of assistance. + Has not received any other scholarship funding in the 2025-2026 academic year. - Application documents: + Information form (download template); + Academic transcript (download template); + Certificate of circumstances (if any); + Certificate of participation in social activities (if any); + Students can apply for the scholarship at the following link: https://by.com.vn/scholar_info The university requests that faculties announce and nominate 01 (one) student who meets the criteria for this scholarship. Faculties should send the nomination letter along with the student's scholarship application documents to the Student Affairs Office before 11:30 AM on January 19, 2026.
