Hoa Sen Group is a leading enterprise in the production and trading of steel and steel roofing in Vietnam, as well as a major exporter in Southeast Asia. The Hoa Sen Home system – the largest Building Materials and Furniture Supermarket in Vietnam – is currently expanding strongly and is looking to recruit potential human resources for its management trainee program.

1. Application Criteria

Male/Female students who are about to graduate or have graduated from University with a classification of Fair/Good or higher.
Honest, dynamic, responsible, hardworking, eager to learn, and good at communication.
No experience required.

2. Income & Benefits

Minimum income from 12 million VND/month upwards.
Total remuneration package up to 25 million VND/month.
Cumulative performance bonus up to 360 million VND.
Many attractive sales commission policies + allowances.
Support for accommodation and meal allowance.
Full social insurance, health insurance, accident insurance, etc.

3. Benefits & Career Advancement Opportunities

In-depth training according to the roadmap for Management Trainees.

Opportunity to become a Store Manager after just 12 months of working.
Continue to advance to higher management positions within the system.

4. Training – Development Roadmap

Phase 1: 02 months of probation at Hoa Sen Home units.
Phase 2: Internship at the branch, practical work at Hoa Sen Home Stores.
Phase 3: Appointment to the Store Manager position.
Phase 4: Training & appointment to the Provincial Branch Management Board and higher management positions.
