Announcement regarding the student exchange program with Kyoto Notre Dame University, Japan for 2027-2028

The University announces the student exchange program with Kyoto Notre Dame University, Japan for 2027-2028, as follows:

1. Timeline (tentative)
- 01 semester: April 2027 - September 2027;
- 01 academic year: April 2027 - March 2028;
- Students can choose either 01 semester or 01 academic year.
2. Costs
Students are exempted from tuition fees when participating in the program and are responsible for all other expenses.
3. Number of students
01 student.
4. Curriculum
Students will study at the Faculty of Language and Culture, majoring in Japanese and Global Culture.
5. Application documents
- Application form (template, handwritten) with attached photo;
- Personal essay in Japanese (template, handwritten);
- Transcript of all semesters (in English);
- Nomination letter from the faculty (template, in Japanese or English);
- Copy of Japanese language certificate;
- Health certificate (template);
- Copy of passport (notarization not required);
- Financial commitment letter (template, handwritten);
- Proof of financial support (in Japanese or English);
- 03 ID photos (4x3cm).
6. Requirements
- Female student, full-time undergraduate student from the 2nd year onwards, with a GPA of 3.1/4.0 or 7.7/10 or higher;
- Possess a JLPT N2 certificate or higher, or an EJU score of 200 or higher.
