Time: From 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM and 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday weekly
Location: Office of the Faculty of Education, Room 7-08 (7th Floor), Executive Building, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City, Quang Truong Sang Tao Street, Quarter 6, Linh Xuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Please bring your Citizen Identity Card or a photo ID for verification when collecting your certificate.

If a student authorizes someone else to collect the certificate on their behalf, please bring a Power of Attorney that complies with legal regulations (pursuant to Point c, Article 6 of Circular No. 10/2026/TT-BGDĐT signed on February 26, 2026) and the identification of the authorized person for verification.

Before signing to receive the certificate and transcript, please carefully check your information. If there are any errors, please notify the certificate issuing officer immediately for assistance.
