WALS 2023 - “Contingent Adaptation” as everyday performance: crafting new agriculture practices to respond to a historic flood in Vietnam’s northern uplands Area

Creating opportunities for exchange, access and academic exchange, the Faculty of Anthropology organizes a series of international scientific seminars "Winter Anthropology Forum 2023" for PhD students, graduate students of Anthropology and interested audiences inside and outside the major. The program is also an opportunity to introduce theoretical orientations, methods and equivalent research topics at home and abroad. The discussion will be held in 4 sessions.

The first session with the theme "Contingent Adaptation” as everyday performance: crafting new agriculture practices to respond to a historic flood in Vietnam’s northern uplands Area" will be presented by:

- Dr. Emmanuel Pannier (French National Research Institute (IRD) - Exchange scholar at the Faculty of Anthropology, University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Hanoi National University.
