Program Details:
1. Registration Round:
- The registration portal will be open from August 28, 2024 to September 11, 2024.
2. Ideate Round
- Poster making and submit time: from Sept 12nd till the end of Sep 18th, 2024.
- Format and Requirements:
+ The candidates/ author groups ideate from the registered topic and proceed the poster design following the available poster frame provided by the organizer, with size A2 (vertical paper orientation - 420 × 594).
+ The candidates/ author groups ideate research ideas, present topic, the reason of topic choice, objective, research orientation and provide for researching progress in scale of month unit (gantt chart).
+ Poster file format must be in JPG, PNG, minimum size 500px.
3. Idea Presentation Round:
- Time point: 13g30, Sept 20th (Friday).
- Location (estimated): VNUHCM - University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Thủ Đức facility).
- Format: Idea poster present to the judges and participants.
+ Present the idea of your poster, prepare a presentation for your idea.
+The author groups will join in the poster exhibition and present their ideas within 10 minutes.
Attention: The poster will have to be sent before The author groups will have to submit their poster to the organization board before 20g00, Sept 18th (Wednesday).
