The Master's program in International Relations aims to equip students with in-depth knowledge of International Relations, proficient professional external affairs skills, and identified specialized research directions to work independently in professional tasks. It focuses on developing problem-solving skills and the ability to manage practical tasks related to foreign affairs and international cooperation, while fostering flexibility to adapt to increasingly high demands in a complex, multi-dimensional world associated with the 4.0 industrial revolution, effectively serving the country's integration process.

Possess in-depth knowledge of theoretical schools and practices in international relations research sufficient to conduct scientific research and organize studies on issues in international relations.

Ability to master and apply scientific theories, methods, and tools to research the relations between entities and issues of international relations; possess skills to work in research teams and implement domestic and international research projects.

Possess political qualities, professional ethics, and the ability to work in a global environment. Independent in research, creative in generating new knowledge, and proactive in making judgments and decisions based on respect for differences.
