As part of the upcoming workshop “The Self in Us – When the Heart Speaks”, a unique reflective space titled “Every Word, a Heartbeat” has been created—an emotional corner for participants to share their inner thoughts, unspoken feelings, and heartfelt stories in a safe and understanding environment.
A Small Corner for Big Feelings
Have you ever wanted to say something but hesitated? Carried questions that were never asked? Held stories that never found a listener?
“Every Word, a Heartbeat” is where your heart speaks through writing. A space for reflection, honesty, and quiet connection, where every written line is a step closer to understanding yourself and others.
Here, participants are encouraged to:
