FACULTY OF ORIENTAL STUDIES – JAPANESE STUDIES CONGRATULATES NEW DOCTORS, MASTERS, AND BACHELORS AT THE 2026 GRADUATION CEREMONY
On the morning of April 17, 2026, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City solemnly held the graduation ceremony for 22 new Doctors, 119 new Masters who graduated in the 4th batch of 2025 and the 1st batch of 2026, along with 226 new Bachelors from various training systems: Full-time High-Quality Program, Full-time Second Degree, College-to-University Transfer, Part-time, and Distance Learning Program who graduated in the 3rd batch of 2025.
Speaking at the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Ngo Thi Phuong Lan, President of the University, extended her congratulations and acknowledged the persistent efforts of the new Doctors, Masters, and Bachelors on their journey of conquering knowledge. She emphasized that today's degrees are not an ending point, but a milestone for each person to look back on the journey they have traveled, while orienting their path forward with a spirit of responsibility and a desire to contribute.
In the context of strong digital transformation in society, the President of the University also encouraged generations of learners to continue honing their expertise, perfecting their conduct skills, and improving their technological capabilities, thereby creating positive and sustainable values for the community and society.
For the Faculty of Oriental Studies – Japanese Studies, this graduation ceremony continues to record proud training achievements at all three academic levels. Currently, the Faculty is offering a Master's program in Asian Studies, along with Bachelor's programs in Oriental Studies and Japanese Studies, attracting a large number of students. Many new Bachelors of the Faculty have achieved excellent and good results, demonstrating a solid academic foundation, good foreign language skills, and profound interdisciplinary thinking.
These results not only reflect the training quality of the Faculty of Oriental Studies – Japanese Studies but also show the persistent effort, spirit of overcoming difficulties, and the will to rise of learners on their journey to conquer knowledge. This is also a testament to the Faculty's role in training high-quality human resources in the fields of area studies, culture, and international relations, meeting the requirements of international integration and digital transformation.
