Announcement of the student exchange program with Aoyama Gakuin University, Japan for the Fall Semester 2026

The University announces to faculties information regarding the student exchange program with Aoyama Gakuin University, Japan for the Fall Semester 2026, as follows:
1. Duration (tentative)
- Fall Semester: September 2026 - February 2027;
- Spring Semester: March 2027 - August 2027;
- Candidates may choose 01 semester or 01 academic year (priority is given to candidates participating for 01 academic year).
2. Quantity
01 student.
3. Target audience
- Full-time students from the second year onwards, with a GPA of 2.5/4.0 or higher;
- Students with good health, capable of independence and self-care during their study time in Japan;
- Possess a Japanese language proficiency of N4 or higher if studying in a Japanese-taught program, or English proficiency of IELTS 5.5/TOEFL iBT 68 or higher if studying in an English-taught program.
4. Expenses
Students are exempted from tuition fees and must self-fund all other expenses.
5. Scholarships
- Students have the opportunity to receive the PLUS Scholarship sponsored by the PLUS Corporation for Vietnamese students participating in exchange at Aoyama Gakuin University;
- Scholarship value (referencing the 2025 scholarship level): 750,000 JPY/academic year (2 semesters), 375,000 JPY/semester.

7. Application dossier
- Online application form (candidates fill out the form once nominated by the University);
- Letter of recommendation from the faculty;
- Commitment letter for program participation (as per template);
- Emergency contact information form (as per template);
- Copy of JLPT or IELTS/TOEFL iBT certificate;
- Certificate of Enrollment (in English);
- Academic transcripts for all semesters (in English) and Verification of Academic Standing (as per template);
- Information form for the academic advisor at Aoyama Gakuin University;
- Health certificate (as per template);
- Bank balance confirmation or scholarship certificate (in English);
- Copy of passport;
- ID photo (4cmx3cm);
- Certificate of Eligibility for residence (as per template);
- TB Clearance Certificate;
- Documents related to dormitory registration or health condition (if any).
