
The "Golden Colors of Vietnam" Spring Volunteer Team from the Faculty of Vietnamese Studies made a meaningful visit to Binh Thanh commune, Duc Hue district, Long An province. The volunteers visited, cooked meals, and gave gifts to three families receiving government assistance, bringing them warm and loving meals. 🔖 This visit was not only an opportunity to express gratitude to those who have contributed to the country but also helped the volunteers better understand the difficulties faced by these families. The warm welcome and smiles of the families were a great source of encouragement for their charitable journey. The activity lasted from January 18th to January 22nd, 2025, with the desire to spread love and bring joy to the community. 🌳 Team Activities in the Local Area: - Two youth projects: "Model Road" and "Bookcase for Children" - Clearing and cleaning the living area - Participating in planting trees along local roads with local residents. - Packaging and donating 200 sticky rice cakes to the local community. - Awarding 10 scholarships - Donating 10 gift packages to families receiving government assistance and families in difficult circumstances - Conducting a "Springtime Meal" to visit and encourage 3 families receiving government assistance. - Donating 1 map - Implementing the "Proud of Our Homeland" campaign. - Organizing a "Cultural Festival" including 5 stalls.
