
The University announces to the faculties information regarding the 2026 video clip contest “Vietnam - China: Connection and Friendship” as follows:
1. Contest Theme
Candidates choose one of the two following themes:
- “Vietnam - China Tourism: My favorite destination”.
行走中越——我最喜欢的旅游胜地。
- “Becoming a successor and promoter of the traditional Vietnam - China friendship through generations”.
勇做中越世代友好的传承者和接班人。
2. Eligibility
- Students currently studying at universities and colleges within the territory of Vietnam;
- Vietnamese citizens aged 18 and over, interested in tourism, culture, and the Vietnam - China friendship.
3. Requirements for entries
- Language used: Chinese;
- Video duration: No more than 05 minutes;
- File format: MP4, MOV, or AVI;
- Resolution: Minimum 1280x720 pixels (HD) and 16:9 aspect ratio;
- Size: Under 800 MB;
- Other requirements: The video must have a clear title and bilingual subtitles (Chinese - Vietnamese), and each individual can submit 01 entry.
4. Submission method
- Online: Send entry files to the email address: phonghtqt@hcmue.edu.vn;
- In person: Send entry files to the International Cooperation Department (Room A.111), Ho Chi Minh City University of Education (Address: 280 An Duong Vuong, Ward 4, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City). 5. Submission deadline
The Organizing Committee will receive entries until the end of August 15, 2026.
6. Organization format
The contest is held in three rounds: Preliminary round, Semi-final round, and Final round. Entries entering the final round will be screened directly at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Education; authors will present and answer questions from the Jury for no more than 03 minutes.
7. Prize structure
- 01 First Prize;
- 03 Second Prizes;
- 05 Third Prizes;
- 08 Consolation Prizes;
- 03 Supplementary prizes (01 supplementary prize for the product with excellent content, 01 supplementary prize for the product with impressive visuals, and 01 supplementary prize for the most favorite film voted by the audience).
**Note: Prizes include valuable gifts, certificates, and opportunities to participate in tourism experience activities organized by the Consulate General of China in Ho Chi Minh City.
