2. Job Description
You will be provided with the necessary knowledge to perform the following tasks:
Perform Cost Estimation/Take-off analysis based on architectural/engineering drawings of international residential construction projects.
Use specialized software (with professional training provided) to convert drawings into detailed cost estimation tables, ensuring compliance with international standards.
Collaborate with the Technical and Project Management teams to optimize costs and construction processes.
3. Candidate Requirements
Graduated (or preparing to graduate) from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City in majors related to Linguistics, Geography, Psychology, Cultural Studies, Philosophy, Vietnamese Studies, etc.
Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English at A2+ level or higher (especially reading comprehension skills for specialized documents).
Proficient in office software (MS Office) and experience/knowledge of cost estimation/BIM software is an advantage, but not required.
Committed to learning and absorbing new technical knowledge (regarding materials, construction codes).
