Announcement on student exchange program with Daito Bunka University, Japan for the Spring semester of 2027
The University announces the student exchange program with Daito Bunka University, Japan for the Spring semester of 2027, as follows:
1. Duration (tentative)
- 01 semester: April 2027 - September 2027;
- 01 academic year: April 2027 - January 2028;
- Students can choose either 01 semester or 01 academic year.
2. Costs
Students are exempt from tuition fees when participating in the program and are responsible for all other expenses.
3. Number of participants
01 student.
4. Courses
Students can register for Japanese language courses (non-credit), general education courses, and some specialized courses from faculties such as: Faculty of Literature, Japanese Literature major; Faculty of Foreign Languages, English Language major; Faculty of Foreign Languages, Japanese Language major; Faculty of International Relations, International Relations major.
5. Application documents
- Application form for the exchange program (as per template);
- Japanese language survey form (as per template);
- Copy of Japanese language proficiency certificate;
- Academic transcript (in English);
- Letter of recommendation;
- Financial guarantee commitment letter (as per template);
- Bank balance confirmation of the guarantor (in case the guarantor covers expenses during the exchange period);
- Scholarship certificate (for students participating via scholarship);
- Health check certificate (as per template);
- Copy of passport information page;
- ID photo (4cmx3cm, JPEG format);
- Application for Certificate of Eligibility (COE) (Excel format);
- Commitment letter for program participation (as per template);
6. Eligibility
- Full-time students from the second year onwards, with an academic ranking of "Good" or higher;
- Proficiency level of JLPT N3 or higher, ensuring the ability to follow lectures throughout the exchange period.
