The University announces the DiscoverNUS program of the National University of Singapore, as follows:
1. General Information
The DiscoverNUS program provides an opportunity for students from partner universities of the National University of Singapore (NUS) in Southeast Asia to study for one semester at NUS. Students who complete the program have the opportunity to apply for the NUS ASEAN Master’s Scholarship Programme.
2. Time and Location
01 semester, from January 2027 to May 2027 at NUS, Singapore.
3. Scholarship Value
- Students are exempted from tuition fees for the program at NUS and are provided partial accommodation support depending on the student's family financial situation (selected students who wish to apply for accommodation support based on financial need must contact NUS directly for guidance);
- Students cover other expenses themselves;
- After participating in the Program, in the final year of their undergraduate studies, students may apply for the 01-year master's scholarship program at NUS - the NUS ASEAN Master’s Scholarship Programme.
4. Quantity
Each faculty may nominate a maximum of 02 students.
5. Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a third or fourth-year student during the exchange period at NUS;
- Have excellent academic records at high school and university levels, with priority given to those with awards and scholarships at high school and university levels;
- Actively participate in extracurricular and community service activities;
- Demonstrate leadership potential;
- Priority for those with good English proficiency (IELTS 6.0 or higher or TOEFL iBT 85 or higher);
- Interested in pursuing a master's program at NUS after participating in the program;
- Commitment to fully participating in the program.
6. Application Dossier
- 01 Curriculum Vitae (CV) in English in PDF format with a file size of less than 3MB, presenting full information as follows (refer to the attached NUS CV Guide):
+ Academic background including high school name with GPA, university name with current GPA;
+ Work, leadership, and volunteer experience;
+ Extracurricular activities (clubs, sports, etc.);
+ Academic awards or scholarships at high school, university (if any);
+ English proficiency (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS);
+ Other necessary information such as: foreign languages, special talents, etc. (if any).
- 01 student information form (following the templates in Appendix I and II);
- 01 transcript in Vietnamese and 01 transcript in English issued within 30 days prior to August 4, 2026;
- 01 copy of the personal information page of the passport (not notarized);
- 01 copy of English proficiency certificate (not notarized);
- Proof of extracurricular and community service activities;
- Proof of academic achievements;
- Proof of family financial situation (if applying for accommodation support based on financial need).

Note:
- Students submit applications to their faculties for the faculties to issue nomination dispatches and transfer the dossiers to the International Relations and Science Management Department;
- Application dossiers that are incomplete as required or submitted after the deadline will be considered invalid.
