AsTEN holds 19th Meeting of Presidents in Brunei

The 19th Meeting of Presidents (MoP) of the Association of Southeast Asian Teacher Education Network (AsTEN) was successfully held on June 16, 2025 in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam, bringing together leaders from member institutions across the region. 

Key discussions during the meeting focused on:

• Quality assurance;
• Research collaboration;
• Journal publication;
• Strategic directions.

The 19th MoP reaffirmed AsTEN’s commitment to fostering meaningful partnerships and shared leadership, ensuring that the network continues to play a pivotal role in advancing teacher education throughout Southeast Asia.
